Immersed tube static piling machine

Product Description

Product Features 1,Immersed Tube Static Piling Machine is the innovative foundation equipment developed by NHM based on its advanced technology in hydraulic static pile driver and the combination of market and construction requirement. Patent No: 201020002027.1 2,Unique advantage of Immersed Tube Static Piling Machine: multi function. It can not only press pre stressed concrete pile, but also bored pile, which highly improves the construction efficiency of traditional bored pile. 3,The machine has multi patent technologies: Patent No: ZL200820053664.4 Clamping jaw self-adaptive device; Patent No: ZL200820053665.9 Pile clamping force and piling force synchronous control technology; Patent No: ZL200820053663.X Steady final piling press device; Patent No: ZL200820053666.3 Machine lifting warning device. These improve the machine stability and extend the machine lifespan, overcome the drawback of pre stressed concrete pile's easy corrosion, inadaptable complex geology condition and week anti vibration. It completely solves the problem of pile fracture, pressing mud and others, has wide prospect market in pile foundation construction. The feature of bored pile construction: No mud pollution, no sediment in pile end, no noise Construction efficiency and pile maximum load capacity are higher than traditional Immersed Tube Piling Machine. It can work in big diameter immersed tube bored pile with maximum diameter 800mm. Low construction material waste, Immersed Tube Static Piling Machine can effectively avoid exceeding size or shrinking diameter problems during the pile process of traditional bored pile.
