What is the general return policy of TradeBrio?
We here at TradeBrio ensure that all the products sold here are genuine and 100% branded product. In case the product received is either of the following that is damaged, defective or not as described on the store (www.tradebrio.com) . The possibilities of the resolution of the claim will be replaced depending upon case to case.
What to do in case the product is damaged or defective?
If the product delivered is damaged or defective, please get in touch with our customer care or customer support. You can also call us on 9999692959 within a day of the receipt of the product. We will arrange the reverse pickup of the product within 10 days.
How to cancel an order?
The online cancellation of order is possible before the product is dispatched. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order if the product is dispatched.
What is the time Duration in term of fulfillment of cancellation request?
Once the request of cancellation is made, it takes 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund procedure. The notification for the same will be given by an e- mail. The processing by a bank may take 7 to 10 business days for the processing of the refund. We request you to get in touch with the respective bank directly in case of any delay or post confirmation or cancellation or refund.
In what circumstances return is not possible?
The situations where the possibilities of return become difficult are:
- Return request is made outside the above specified time frame.
- Product is damaged because of use or is not in the same condition as damaged.
- The product is returned without original packing or is missing with the accessories or the bill.
