Heat seal tester rfy-03

Product Description

Application: Heat Seal Tester is applicable in heat seal temperature, dwell time and the pressure of heat seal tests to plastic film, laminated film for flexible package, coating paper, aluminum foil and other heat sealing laminated films. Different melting point, heat stability, fluidness, and thickness of heat seal materials bring various heat seal properties and different seal technique parameters as well. With this instrument users can get the best heat seal parameters accurately and efficiently. Users can obtain standard heat seal index by RFY-03 Heat Seal Tester. Heat Seal Tester is the perfect testing instrument for flexible packaging plastic factories, quality and inspection Labs or departments, etc. Features: 1. LCD displays data, micro-computer control system, 2. Micro-computer controls heat sealing parameters accurately, 3. Double-faced heating pneumatically, three elements, temperature, time, pressure can be regulated, 4. Independent upper and lower sealing temperature, 5. Measures actual dwell time on the sealing sample, 6. With footswitch, human-machine friendly design. Technical parameter: 1. Heat Seal Temperature: room temperature~300ºC, accuracy(±0.2 ºC), 2. Dwell Time: 0.1s~999.9s, 3. Dwell Pressure: 0.05MPa~0.7MPa, 4. Seal Surface: 330 mm x 10 mm (accept customize) , 5. Heater Type: Single heat surface or double heat surfaces, 6.
