Product Description
High brittle abrasive (GCA) is a new product used for making coated grinding tool.
This abrasive is made using alumina as main starting materials, adding into other composite materials and fusing in high temperature furnace.
Featured with high purity, high hardness, good brittleness and self-sharpening ability of this abrasive is enhanced greatly, which can be used for manufacturing every kinds of hard and brittle metal and non-metal materials, Adding suitable mount of GCA into the grinding tools made with traditional corundum abrasives can greatly enhance the grinding ability. For example, adding suitable amount of GCA into the composite abrasive belt made with corundum, the grinding ability and efficiency are greatly enhanced, and the cost performance is good.
