Shailesh Kumar Singh, a engineering graduate, having head office at Vaishali Ghaziabad (UP) India with the main objects of securing civil contracts from Government executing them in timely and cost effectively. Keeping in view the future requirement, the firm was promoted and turned into Private Limited Company in 2007, with an authorized capital of Rs.50,00,000/- acquitting all the assets and liabilities of the erst while partnership firm as a going concern basis. Authorized capital was increased in 2009-10 to Rs 5, 00, 00,000/-. Authorized Capital in 2010-11. Stands at Rs 5, 50, 00,000/-Subscribed Capital in 2010-11stands at Rs 790, 00,000/- SDJ Infratech is respectfully pronounced name in Delhi NCR based segment of property.
