Transformer oil vacuum purifier system

Product Description

Application: It is special for treating the used and old transformer oil, mutual oil, switch oil. Comparing with the single stage type, this machine adopts the double stages vacuum system, which can improve the machine working vacuum value highly, so it can dewater, degas and remove the impurity more deeply with high speed. Also it can inject the insulating oil into the transformers on-line. regenerate the seriously deteriorated oil by removing the polarity materials. This machine is specially applied to vacuum filling oil and drying for power transmission equipments that are over 110KV Feature: 1. PH of treated oil=5.5 2. Acid value=0.03mgkoH/g 3.Flash point=145? 4.Anti-pressure=60KV 5.Dielectric loss: tgd(90?)%=0.001 6.High vacuum: High point-Vacuum=5pa Working-vacuum=35pa 7.High absorption speed: Absorption speed power=333L/Sr. 8.Duplex 3D stereo-evaporation, eliminating the liquid water quickly 9.UK G technology, by which the trace water that is show chain, such as dissolved water, can be removed effectively. 10.Instinctive removing impurities system filtering through double FH trapezoidal network and absorbing by high polymer without the mechanical power 11. Arbon fiber infrared heating system that can make the oil contains zero sum of ethyne after the treatment. Advantage: Besides Double-Stage High-Efficiency Vacuum Insulation Oil purifier's function of dewatering, degassing and eliminating impurities, this machine can regenerate the seriously deteriorated oil by removing the polarity materials, such as the deep oxides, free carbon in the oil effectively. It can make the seriously deteriorated oil reach to the normal index like anti-oxides, acid- alkali water-solubility Our Main Products: Series ZY Single-Stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier Series ZYD Double High Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier Series ZYB Multiply-Function insulating oil treatment machine Series TY Turbine Oil Purification Apparatus Series TYA Lubricating oil/ hydraulic oil purification unit Series LYE Engine oil recycling system Series TYB Portable light Fuel oil purification machine Series PL Plate pressure oil purifier Series TYD Vacuum dehydrator Series EFD Explosion protection filtration machine Series JL Portable oil filtering and oiling machine Series IIJ Oil Tester (BDV Tester)
