Jaw crusher with high capacity energy efficiency

Product Description

One of the most popular stone-crushing equipments in the world, jaw crusher is ideally suitable for primary and secondary crushing. The highest anti-pressure strength of crushed material is 320Mpa. Working principle Jaw crusher working portion is made by two jaw plate, one is fixed jaw plate, vertical(or upper slightly outward)fixed on the machine front wall, another is moving jaw plate, it tilts and it forms crusher chamber(working chamber) with fixed jaw plate. Moving jaw plate moves to fixed jaw plate seasonally, sometimes separate sometimes closed. When they are separate, final product is discharged from bottom. when they are close, the material between them will be crushed, curved and split. Advantages: 1.Unique design 2.High capacity 3.Broken chunks of material 4.Efficiency, energy saving 5.Low operating costs 6.Adaptability 7.Long life 8.High safety factor Buy note: First: First concern is the crusher feed size and particle size of the nesting, Feed particle size more big, product size becomes coarse, feed particle size is smaller, the greater of the product size. So, you want to buy different models of jaw crusher according to the actual situation. Second: Need to focus on the quality of jaw crusher liner. In the purchase of a jaw crusher, users generally need to consider three factors: production, liner wear and power consumption of the device. Generally, buyers need to focus on the maximum feed size of the equipment, changes in particle size, feed size distribution, Hardness and wear resistance of materials. Third: General, jaw crusher liner length is proportional to the size of its power, the longer liner, power consumption is higher, generally, Soft material selection long liner, hard materials selection short liner. In the distribution of materials, Fine material selection short liner, thick material selection long liner. Fourth: relatively large water content of the material will affect the material through, water is generally not exceed 5% of the material, The use of power, the standard model of jaw crusher should reach about 80%, the short head type of jaw crusher should reach about 85%. Fifth: Generally, the feed size of jaw crusher, Less than the closed side of the discharge port of the material can not exceed 10%, more than once, it will lead to increased power consumption of the equipment, the product will become a piece granularity shape. Sixth: During jaw crusher work, we must ensure that the feed must be uniform, do not have segregation, otherwise it will lead to decline in production capacity, product size is not uniform, the spring action too often; the power consumption will follow the rise. Another point is that, be sure to install the device in addition to iron, if there is excessive iron products frequently appear in the silo, then there may be cause shaft phenomenon broken. Seventh: jaw crusher working environment is bad, the dust will be relatively large, in addition, some units do not pay attention to maintain the equipment, sometimes there will be some kinds of problems in the use of the process, so the maintenance of equipment is necessary. stone jaw crusher:http://www.mill-crushers.com/Stone_Crushing/Jaw_crusher.html
