Tekcel Verso Powerful Manual or Auto Tool Change Spindles The Tekcel Verso uses high quality HSD Manual or Auto Tool Change Spindles with ISO 30 tool holders and ER25 or ER32 collets. The spindles are available in either a standard 5kW Manual Tool Change size, the handy 3.8kw Auto Tool Change size or, for a little more, the heavy duty 8kW Auto Tool Change (10hp) motor. HSD Auto Tool Change spindles are capable of variable speeds up to 24,000 RPM and feature ceramic bearings for longer life and quieter operation in busy production environments. Auto Tool Change System - Up to 6 Tools When choosing the Auto Tool Change option the Tekcel Verso comes with a standard fixed position tool rack that can hold up to six ISO 30 tool holders. This configuration is often more than enough for shopfitters, cabinetmakers and some plastics and sign manufacturers. For those that require more tools, we suggest the Tekcel Enduro model.
