Reciprocating piston pumps

Product Description

High pressure plunger & piston pump is positive displacement reciprocating pump. Such pumps are very efficient and often used to handle relatively small quantity of liquid at quite large delivery pressure. Pressure Jet offers Stainless Steel, Duplex, Alloy-20, Brass, aluminum Bronze etc... And ceramic plungers as cylinder and plungers. In a reciprocating pump, a volume of liquid is drawn into the cylinder through the suction valve on the intake stroke and is discharged under positive pressure through the outlet valves on the discharge stroke. The Reciprocating design of our piston and plunger pumps delivers a smooth, low pulsation flow. The positive displacement design of our piston and plunger pumps delivers a constant output from 1 lpm to 770 lpm at pressures from 10 to 2800 bar. Our high-pressure triplex piston and plunger pumps are pumping in thousands of applications. MAJOR APPLICATIONS Boiler/heat exchanger/evaporator tube cleaning / pipe cleaning Tank cleaning/vessel cleaning Water sandblasting Hydro testing of tanks, vessels, pipes, valves & fittings, hoses & systems Injection of fluids & fuel oils Boiler feeding Reverse osmosis High pressure cleaning Spraying, misting and cooling FEW IMPORTANT APPLICATIONS BOILER FEED AUXILIARY FUEL BENEFITS Constant flow and pressure delivered. Maintenance free operation. Low horsepower, energy efficient operation. Eliminates need for two pumps as with previous centrifugal. OPERATION Normally the boilers are fired by natural gas, however, during extreme weather conditions, both summer heat or winter cold, an auxiliary fuel supply is needed. When the need for auxiliary fuel exists, the situation is critical and the pump must run without fail. The Pressure Jet pump has proven itself ready for duty during a complete heating and cooling season without need for service. BEER EXCITING BENEFITS Eliminates expensive mechanical failures of old system. Improves production time and quantity. Provides more consistent exciting Reduces bottle breakage and beer spilling OPERATION Exciting of beers is making beer foam. Just before beer bottles are capped, they are charged with a high pressure shot of water, which causes the beer to foam/excite. This is very important part of the procedure forces gases out of the bottle. This exciting process provides a more consistent quality product with enhanced flavour and longer shelf life.
