Promotion management services

Product Description

Organisations today grapple with the challenge of gaining customer and partner mindshare amidst the clutter and din caused by competing players. Imaginatively conceived promotions for end users and channel partners, which give a spurt to specific products, push revenue during leaner times or cater to geographies which are lagging behind, are the challenge. Armed with a client brief on revenue expectations and broad budgets, our strategy team collects market information and then evolves a theme followed by a complete plan of action for an Incentive Program. We cater to all aspects of the promotion from effective communication to sourcing and ensuring timely despatch of rewards. The program can be a short term tactical spurt or a scheme running for the whole year. We take justifiable pride in the fact that promotions conceived and fully executed by us have far exceeded client's revenue expectations. The scale and magnitude of these promotions can be visualised by the fact that at times over 10000 gifts in a month are sourced and despatched.
