Pneumatic pinch valve

Product Description

Pneumatically actuated pinch valves are reasonable flow control solution for most demanding applications. After having much experience in manufacturing manual wheel operated Pinch valves, we have also been successfully manufacturing and supplying pneumatic pinch valves. For Pneumatic Pinch valves, the hand wheel of manual pinch valve is replaced with a pneumatic cylinder and Spindle is replaced by the piston of pneumatic cylinder. Pneumatic pinch valves may be adjusted to required normally open or close position. Further control / throttling in modulating type valves can be achieved with an electro pneumatic positioner. Pneumatic Pinch valves are fitted with pneumatic accessories of well known brands to ensure trouble free long life and customer service back up like we provide for our pinch valves. The flow through pneumatic pinch valve in fully open position is full as that of a pipe line, while ensuring leak tight shut-off in closed position. For information on working of pinch valves please visit Manual Pinch valve and for information on pinch valve sleeves visit rubber sleeve selection. Pneumatic cylinder operated pinch valves can be supplied as on-off valve or throttling-control valve. We also manufacture chain or gear operated pinch valves, hydraulically actuated pinch valves and motorized electrically actuated pinch valves.
