Product Description

Impact Crusher I. Applicability of PF Series Impact Crusher PF Series Impact Crusher is mainly used to crush various kinds of large, medium, small materials(Such as granite, limestone, marble, etc.), whose side length is less than 500mm, and compression resistance should not be more than 350Mpa. It has features of big crushing rate, efficient crushing, easy maintenance and cubic final production. etc. It is the ideal mining equipment used in high road, water conservance and building linestone mining and so on, with perfect features and good factioning. II. Working Principle of PF Series Impact Crusher This impactor crushes materials with impact force. When the materials enter the blow bar area, they are crushed due to the high-speed impact of the blow bar and are thrown to the impact plates on the rotor for secondary crush. Then the materials will be shot back to the blow bar again for the third crush. This process repeats until the materials are crushed to the required size and discharged from the lower part of the machine. The size and shape of the finished powder can be changed by adjusting the gap between the impact rack and rotor support. The machine employs self-weigh security device in its back frame. When other objects enter the impact cavity, they will be forced out of the machine by the impact rack in the front and back of the machine. III. Features& Benefits of PF Series Impact Crusher 1.Even crushing function of multi-cavities which is suitable to crush Hard material; 2. Non-key Connection, simplified crushing process, high-efficiency and energy conservation; 3.Reasonable design of leveling plate making the finished material finer and cubic-shaped without internal cracks; 4.Hydraulic start-up which is convenient for maintenance and replacement of wearing parts;5.New anti-abrasive material which prolong service life of impact hammer, impact plate and liner.
