CONSULTANT SERVICES FOR NABH & NABL ACCREDITATION OF HOSPITALS, SHCOs & MEDICAL LABORATORIES We are a team of Doctors trained and experienced in Quality Management of Hospitals and Laboratories. We have on board Certified NABH & NABL Assessors. We provide comprehensive and 'turn-key' solutions for NABH and NABL Accreditation. Once you have entrusted us with the project, you can rest assured! By way of achieving NABH / NABL accreditation, you ensure quality and safety in your health care organization, sure ingredients of good revenue. With the increasing 'regulatory' nature of quality implementation requirements, e.g. CGHS order, insurance company requirements etc., it is better to be ahead in the pursuit rather than having to battle urgency when NABH / NABL become mandatory. Our methodology: * Preliminary site survey * Gap analysis as per NABH Standard requirements * Closure of gaps analyzed # Infrastructure # Policies and procedures - Documentation # Records - Medical and non-medical # Safety requirements * Application for NABH Accreditation * Preliminary and Final Assessment guidance * Post-assessment closure of non-compliances We believe in partnering with our clients on a long-term basis, longer beyond the successful accreditation of the organization, which is just the starting point. We ensure you keep updated with the latest technologies, regulation, best practices and ever-evolving management techniques. Engaging us is a definite move towards success!
