Application Motor Control Center is used for switching motors. This has DOL, Star-Delta, Drives, Soft-starter equipments. This receives supply from PCC. Motor control and protection (Overload and Short Circuit) are the basic protections offered. Other Protections are offered as per case to case basis. Designing needs Room Layout, Power Entry & Exit, etc. Types Motor Control Center are of three types. 1 Single front with rear access. 2 Single Front without Rear access. 3. Double front with both access. MCC is also designed as Compartmentalized or Non- Compartmentalized stayle. Construction Manshu offers Modular Panels for Motor Control Centre. The modular design has, Frame, Base, Doors, Cover, etc. and all are removable, changeable. 1. Main Body is made from M6h Structure frame: Color: Satin black 2. Base: 75mm Color: Satin black 3. Doors: 1.5mm. Color: Siemens Gary RAL7032 Powder Coated 4. Mounting Plate: 2mm thick, Color: Orange Powder Coated 5. Locks: Four Point lock with handle & key or cam lock 6. Gasket: Liquid polyurethane foam continuous type suitable for indoor and outdoor applications 7. Indication & Meters: As per requirements. 8. Switchgear: All available makes are used in Panels 9. Busbars: Aluminum or Copper Rigid or flexible busbars are used.
