Ce approved ring die pellet mill for sale/ring die small pellet machine

Product Description

The utilization of biofuel mainly includes biomass gasification technology, biomass liquefaction technology, biogas technology, and also biomass solidifying technology. Among these technologies, biomass solidifying is recently widely accepted by the world, and biomass pellet making is most applied. Biomass pellet making can be used for central boiler, thermal power plant, as well as civil heating and cooking. In the developing of biomass pellet production, ring die pellet making machine becomes one of the most popular pellet making machines because of its sturdiness, durability, good raw material adaptability, etc. It is the most suitable choice for home users and small workshop or small plant users. Ring Die Pellet Mill Ring Die Maintenance of Ring Die Small Pellet Machine/CE Approved Ring Die Pellet Mill for sale 1. Filling the oil into die holes when we change the ring die. 2. Ring die must be stored in a dry and clean area in case of the corrosion and rustiness. 3. Check if there is bumps on the working surface of the ring die after being used for a period of time. If any, grind them off by angle grinder to prolong the working life of a ring die. 4. Immersing or boiling the ring die in the oil when the die holes are blocked. If the blockage still can not be eliminated, drill out the residues with an electric hand drill and then clean the die with oily material mixed with fine sand. 5. If the ring die will be unused for some time, it is necessary to feed non-corrosive oil into the die to drive out the residues. If not, the heat of the ring die will dry and harden the residues, resulting in blockage when we use Ring Die Small Pellet Machine/CE Approved Ring Die Pellet Mill for sale next time.
