Air covering machine gv800d v5.0

Product Description

GV800 V5.0 air covering machine is designed to intermingle two or more filaments with different physical properties into one air covered yarn by use of interlacing air jet. This machine is a type of single drive for each spindle. Each spindle has separate drive control. Its main functions include automatic stop running and air supply for each spindle when the yarn is broken, automatic stop when the yarn bobbin is full, broken yarn can be manually spliced when the yarn is broken, indication of accumulated actual production output per shift. It is a machine with high automatic and intelligent design. Features: 1.Unique design of single drive control for each spindle 1) Individual start and stop for each spindle 2) Individual process parameters setting and adjustment for each spindle 3) Broken yarn at any single spindle can be manually spliced 4) Automatic stop of any one spindle when the yarn is broken 5) Automatic stop air supply when any one spindle is stopped 6) Winding length setting and full bobbin automatic stop for any spindle 2. Using high quality fully sealed frequency inverter with high durability. 3. Stable and continuous running at high process speed 4. Multiple human based designs 1) Unique straight downward yarn path, easy approach and operation. 2) Moveable yarn creel for easy threading up and yarn tails splicing. 3) High intelligent design of micro PC touch-screen for easier setting and display of process parameters. 4) Big size digital displayer for clear indication of yarn break or full package of each spindle enables the operator to handle timely and increase the production efficiency. 5) Function of automatic accumulation of daily actual production output enables to check the actual production output of each shift or every day. 5. Package built up by bi-conical high speed precision winding, edge shape mechanically compensated against edge convex and overlap, adjustable winding tension, package with even density, to ensure excellent package shape, even unwinding tension and well performance in the downstream process. Installation Measurement The floor level deviation over the machine installation area should be less than 10mm. Before machine installation, please use a level instrument to check the floor level deviation.
