Zlb bitumen recycled plant supplier

Product Description

ZLB bitumen recycled plant supplier
The choice of materials including asphalt binder and aggregates choice, select the asphalt binder according to the temperature conditions of the location of the project, selected in accordance with the standards of the traffic aggregate; determine the grading structure including the identification of the mixing ratio of the various mineral aggregate and asphalt mixture aggregates the final structure, based on the volume of traffic and pavement structure selected number of compacted asphalt mixture, determine the gradation when the optimum asphalt content must have the appropriate volume characteristics and compaction performance; determine the optimum asphalt contentSuperpave asphalt mixture design volume, in determining the design of the structure of the aggregate, Marshall and asphalt mixture design method in a similar manner to determine the optimum bitumen content, making the final design of asphalt mixes to meet Superpave asphalt mixturethe standard of the material, the asphalt mixture specimen design number of compaction Ndes of carried.
Uses heat-conducting oil heat insulation elevator，temporary storage bin and weighing hopper, to minimize the adhesion of recycled materials.Sets wind inducing pipe, eliminating the leakage of asphalt smoke, making the entire system no leakage. The recycling drum uses lower position structure, easier for operation, observafion, and maintenance.http://www.chinaasphaltplants.com/,http://www.chinaasphaltplants.com/News/41-asphalt-plant-DHB-20-ship-to-Chile-on-Feb-26th,2012.html,http://www.chinaasphaltplants.com/Photos.html
