Duplex steel fasteners

Product Description

Duplex Steel Fasteners provide effective resistance against corrosion as well as also feature superior mechanical strength that makes these deliver optimum functionality in fastening applications. Further, the superior corrosion resistance support also allows for more up-time in comparison to conventional as well as carbon steel. The superior mechanical strength of the fasteners made using this metal also allows for achieving lighter construction standards as well as achieving compact designs. The steel fasteners also feature yield strength which is about twice that of austenitic stainless steel, thus not only saving on weights but also making the construction more cost competitive. The presence of duplex micro-structure also allows improving the stress corrosion cracking resistance of stainless steel.
