Ultrasonic extractor & concentrator

Product Description

This equipment integrates ultrasonic extraction and vacuum concentration into one system, which increase your work efficiency. Herbs Ultrasonic Extractor & Concentrator Model: DS-UEC Ultrasonic extraction, the fastest and high efficient extraction compared with traditional extraction. Vacuum concentration, processed under low temperature, The machine integrate the functions of heat reflux and ultrasonic. Its widely used in the fields of food, medicine, biopharmaceuticals, cosmetics, health products, etc. Its functions include the continous ultrasonic extraction, low temperature concentration in vacuum. Its very suitable for universities, colleges and research units to do experiments. FEATURES: 1. High efficience. On the basis of ultrasonic extration, we integrate the small type of concentration device in vacuum. For the optimized structure, we can complete the operation of extraction, filtration, vacuum concentration, solvent cooling in one step, which save lots of raw materials and working time. So, its efficience is higer 300% ~ 500% than the common heat reflux extraction & concentration. 2. Flexible operation. In this unit, ultrasonic extraction system and vacuum concentration system, which can process together or process seperately. 3. High efficiency of concentration. During the process of concentration, because evaporation chamber work at the comparatively low temperature, the active ingredients of heat sensitive products will be kept in the maximum.
