Dahi: In India curd (Dahi) is by used large population. It is fermented milk which people often add in several types of foods prepared by them. We offer Dahi Plant in which filtered, standardized, homogenized and pasteurized milk is cooled to 22-25°C and then culture is inoculated to milk. The inoculated milk is then packed in cups and kept for incubation 16-18 hours to incubation chamber/room. Srikhand: For making of srikhand, dahi is partially strained through a cloth to remove the whey. This process produces a solid mass in which a required amount of sugar is also added. Srikhand is a semi-soft, sweetish-sour whole milk product widely used in India. Yoghurt: Yoghurt is also a popular fermented dairy product in India and abroad. In last few years, the production of yoghurt is increasing due to the introduction of wide variety of flavors and fruits to the yoghurt.
