Vsi crusher/ vsi sand making machine

Product Description

VSI Sand making machine is designed by reputed German expert of Vipeak and every index of VSI crusher is in world’s leading standard. Vipeak VSI crusher incorporates three crushing types and it can be operated 720 hours continuously. Nowadays, Vipeak VSI crusher has replaced hammer crusher, roller crusher, roller ball mill, etc. and become the mainstream equipment in sand making business. VSI crusher is widely used for crushing and shaping: Granite Diorites Lava rock Feldspar Quartz rock Feldspathoids Basalt Limestone River stone Rubble stone Marble rock Pyroxenes Amphiboles Mica rock Coal barite Calcite Aragonite Dolomite dolostone Gneiss Schist Quartzite Silica sand Sandstone Slate Phosphate rock Gypsum Construction aggregate(sand & gravel) VSI Sand making machine is applied widely for the powder process of mineral product including mental and non-metal ore, fireproof material, bauxite, diamond dust, glass raw materials, building materials, artificial sand and all kinds of metal ore materials, especially which has more advantages than any other machines in processing the more and most hard materials. VSI crusher incorporates three crushing styles; its feeding style incoporates material on material, materials on iron and falling at sides. Customers can adjust the machines according to their own demand. Vipeak VSI crusher realizes multiple functions in one machine, which is a big breakthrough in sand making field. VSI crusher main features and benefits 1. High efficiency, low energy consumption, low operation cost and easy operation. 2. Cubic shaped fina product.. 3. Advanced double-pump oil lubrication system guarantee shaft bearing lower temperature increase, longer life time, more reliable operation. Special light oil lubrication system ensures the temperature is below 25. 4. Hydraulic lifting mechanism of upper cover can move away the cover easily, which saves man power during maintenance. 5. Special feed opening structure makes it possible that center feeding and ring feeding comes together, in order to meet requirement of different stones. In addition, this equipment can not only crush stone, but also iron. VSI Impact Crusher Working Principle: After materials are fed into the hopper, they are through a central feeding hole, thrown to the impellers, which are rotating at a high speed. Then the material are accelerated and thrown out of impeller area. There part of materials, first, impact on the other part of materials, which are falling down, and then, they together strike on the material layers or on impact blocks. Due to rebound, they will back to top of crushing cavity and again be shot back to strike on another part of materials which are shot from the impeller flow and form a continuous material curtain. The final products will be discharged from the discharge open at the bottom . sand making machine:http://www.mill-crushers.com/Sand_Making/Sand_making_machine.html
