Detailed Product Description C4 HPLC analytical column 1.Good symmetry of the peak 2.A higher column efficiency 3.Imported or domestic packing C4 HPLC analytical column 1.Good symmetry of the peak 2.A higher column efficiency. 3.Imported or domestic packing C4 HPLC analytical column The system of liquid chromatographic column is composed of liquid reservoir, pump, injector, column, detector, recorder and other parts. The mobile phase in the liquid reservoir is pumped into the system with a high-pressure pump. The sample solution is injected into the mobile phase with the injector, and is carried to the column (stationary phase) by the mobile phase. As different components of the sample solution have different partition coefficient in two phases, when the sample is moving relatively in the two phases, through repeated times of adsorption-desorption partition, each component has much difference on moving rates. So they are separated into individual component and effluents from the column in series. When the components pass the detector, the respective concentrations are translated into electronic signal to the recorder. Finally, the data are printed as spectrum. Chromatorex packing Fuji silicon chemical Company is one of the earliest companies producing spherical silica. The manufacture scale is very large to cover the full needing series for from analysis to large-scale production. Fuji Company has special aperture control technology. The packing materials are fitted to analyze and purify different kinds of molecules with different sizes. The Fuji packing has a stable performance, a low column pressure, a medium column efficiency, and a high cost-efficiency, being suitable for most analysis and development of preparation methods.
