Kaplan hydro water turbine with open flume, pressure flume, and seal off

Product Description

Kaplan Hydro Water Turbine with Open Flume, Pressure Flume, and Seal Off   Descrition:   The Kaplan (axial-flow) turbine for low head from 2m to 70m. This type of turbine is mostly suitable for hydropower stations with low water head and big flow.   lts feature is that the water flow passes through the runner axially. The axial-flow turbine can be classified into two forms according to the runner construction: one is fixed blades (Propeller) for small variation of head and power, the other is movable blades (Kaplan) for large variation of head and power.   The kaplan turbine with vertical shaft arrangement , with three types as open flume, pressure flume, and seal off (concrete spiral case).   Generally, Kaplan turbine is composed of distributor, guide vane, runner, draft tube etc.     Applications:   1.     Water head: from 2m to 70m 2.      Power: 100kw to 30Mw  3.     Frequency: 50hz or 60hz  4.     Output Type: 400V, 3.3KV, 6.3KV, or 10.5KV AC three phase,   If you are interest with the Kaplan turbine, you should have some key parameters (such as net head, flow discharge, unit number, frequency, voltage) in inquiry.   Specifications:   - - - - Type | Kaplan with fixed blades/Kaplan with movable blades | Water head | From 2m to 70m. | Installation capacity | From 100KW to 20MW | Runner blades material | Stainless steel (0Cr13Ni4Mo) | Generator type | Synchro generator | Auxiliary Equipment | Governor, Inlet Valve, unit side panel, excitation system | - - - -     Competitive Advantage:   HYDROTU is the complete Chinese hydropower equipment supply, consulting and engineering design venture in the field of hydropower equipment.
