We offer a broad array of coating oven - (Oil-Gas Fired), which has low power consumption and maintains a uniform temperature. Initially, the melting of the powder takes place at a standard temperature for a defined time interval. The product that flows out from these ovens is cured and can be used. Extensively used for powder curing and liquid curing purposes, these ovens provide optimum performance. A gas burner and a fan are essential for carrying out the heating process inside the ovens. The temperature of these ovens are set as per the material requirements. The curing time varied from the product load. Highly reliable and versatile, these ovens also make use of infrared radiations for enhancing the heat. The infrared lamps are positioned centrally in the ovens and extend from a frame member. This frame member accordingly projects the radiation onto the component while passing through the leading end of the first zone. The radiation emitted by each lamp can be controlled at an efficiency between 0-100%. This also helps in altering the size, shape and the amounts and types of coatings used on the component. To avoid any mis-happening or loss of the product be treated, the duct of these ovens are made in such a way that the heat is distributed evenly in the ovens. Tailor made ovens can be made as per the mass of the product and the capacity of the burner. The airflow and temperature are balanced in our ovens to provide optimum results.
