Balanced weave belt

Product Description

Balanced weave belt, also called as wide spiral belts or wire link belts in different countries, consists of a series of alternating single or double left-hand and right-hand spirals connected by crimped or straight cross wire. Round or flattened spiral wire are used. With its unlimited choice of mesh selection, balanced spiral belting has a wide range of mesh size suiting for almost any application. Balanced weave conveyor belting with alternating left and right spirals for easy transportation. BWB-01: Standard balanced weave belting. Left-hand and right-hand spiral give the spiral belt excellent tracking properties which can prevent the balanced belt from pulling to one side. Crimped cross rods holding the spiral coil in place reduces the ratio of lateral movement of the belt. There are three types of driving methods - positive drive, friction drive and chain drive. Each has its own character. Please tell us before ordering. Click here for quotation form which helps you order easily and quickly. Product description: Item: Balanced weave belt. Wide variety of mesh specifications for individual application. Maximum flexibility. Cross-flights and side plates available. Typical applications: Cooling. Drying. Washing. Decoration. Baking. Ovens. Drainage. Curing. Cladding. Coating. Heating. Mesh available: Standard balanced weave belt This wire belt consists of single alternating left and right-hand spiral coils connecting by a crimped cross wire. Double balanced weave belt It uses alternating double left-hand and right-hand spiral coils connected by a crimped cross rod. This kind mesh belt allows for carrying heavy-load small products at elevated temperature. Flat wire balanced weave belt Flat coil wire is frequently used for more stable carrying surface. Flat wire interconnects by straight or crimped cross rods. Double wire balanced weave belt Double coil wires interconnecting by crimped cross rods are available on request. It is designed for carrying heavier products. Balanced conveyor belt with curved cross rod. BWB-02: Standard balanced conveyor belt with round spiral wire.Balanced spiral belt with flat spiral wire for flatter carrying surface. BWB-03: Standard balanced conveyor belt with flat spiral wire. Stainless steel straight cross rod double balanced spiral belt. BWB-04: Double balanced belt with straight cross rod.Double balanced conveyor belt for baking. BWB-05: Double balanced weave belt with crimped cross rod. Flat coil wire balanced weave belt with straight cross rod. BWB-06: Flat coil wire balanced weave belt straight cross rod.Double coil wire balanced weave belt for more strength. BWB-07: Double coil wire balanced weave belt. Edge finish available: Welded edge - This is the most popular and economical edge finish. Both spiral coils and crimp cross wire are welded together without cut wire ends. Hook edge - This is less popular than the welded edge finish. It is an option in applications where welding facilities are not workable. This kind of edge finish is also smooth and flexible. Generally speaking, it is available for conveyor mesh with a relatively large cross wire pitch. Laddered edge - It is less common than the welded edge. It is also an option for the applications where welded edge finish is not possible. It is the better choice for high temperature applications. Similar to hook edge, it is also available for mesh with large cross wire pitch. Chain edge - The three edge finishes above can be driven by side chains using cross rods. Balanced weave spiral belt with common welded edge. BWB-08: Welded edge.Balanced weave conveyor belt with laddered edge for high temperature applications. BWB-09: Laddered edge. Balanced spiral belt with hook edge for wide cross rod pitch. BWB-10: Hook edge.Chain driven balanced spiral belting with welded edge. BWB-11: Chain edge.
