Impact crusher

Product Description

mpact Crusher Kunding Impact Crusher is a newly-developed impact crusher which embodies the advanced technology both at home and abroad and can be applied not only to all kinds of mines and sandstone making plant but also to the railway building ,highway construction, energy development ,chemical and cement industries etc.Featuring high efficiency ,impact crusher take the primary crushed ore as feed. Operating Principle In this class of crusher ,comminution is by impact rather than compression,by sharp blows applied at high speed to free-falling rock. When the materials are fed ,the moving beaters transfer some of their kinetic energy to the ore particles on contacting them, the internal stress created in the particles are often large enough to cause them shatter .Then the crushed particles are thrown to the impact plates on the rotor for secondary crush and shot back to the beaters again for the third crush. This process repeats until the materials are crushed to the required size and discharged from the lower part of the machine .The size and shape of the crushed powder can be changed by adjusting the gap between the impact plates and rotor support . Features and advantages 1 high reduction ratio 2 the crushed materials are of uniform size and cubic shape 3 effective control of grain size 4 high efficiency and energy-saving 5 easy to maintain
