Bunching machine

Product Description

Features: 1.Tension:In production process, the tension is consantusing by using the inport magicpowder, PLC etc.Avoids the conductor elongatin ratio and the tension of the wire not steadily causes to jump the stock and the broken line. 2.Mian axle lubrication:Selects the machine oil lubrication method, natural circulation cooling. Guarantees the main axle in 3000rpm time effective lubrication.Avoids the machinery friction consumption, lengthens the main axle service life, reduces the revolution noise. 3.Environmental protection design:Adapts the superficially attractive finendss to request the high conductor lay-up because with ambulactum transm ission and machine in does not have the lubrication points 4.Way of the wire walking:Special design for the trough in the main axis and the belt, avoid the wire to jump the stork when high speed. 5.Touching panel:With built-in free programme control(PLC),operator-friendly display for operation and process data. 6.Lay length setting simple:Setting the lay length by changing one pull-off capstan.Exchanging the direction of the twist by moving areversing bar. 7.Main parts:The bearing, transducer,PLC,magic powder etc is import well-known brand. So reducong falling rate and the maintenance cost. 8.Die parts:Three dies in the machine causing the conductor to be more rounder.Suitable for thin wall insulated wire. 9.Guarantees the system for customer:Manual operate tension,so many establish the corresonding technological document for wire to guarantees the stranded wire in groups the quality.
