Raymond mill is used for ultra-fine powder processing of 280 materials, with the Moth's hardness of 7 below and humidity of 6% below, in the works of non-flammable mine, chemical, building materials and metallurgy, etc. The materials include barite, calcite, potash feldspar, pencil stone, marble, dolomite, pottery and glass, etc. The particle size of finished product can be adjusted from 100-325 mesh. Procession Firstly, raw material is transported into the grinding chamber evenly and continuously for powder-processing. Due to the centrifugal force when rotating, the rollers oscillate outward to press the ring ,and then the shovel scoops up the materials, send to the middle between the ring and rollers to accomplish the grinding. After grinding, the powder is brought into the analyzer by the circulation wind of blower and is classified.
