Sc-3 linear shele shaker

Product Description

Vibrating motor       Adjustable exciting force :5.0~7.4G Convenient maintenance:  2000h lubricating period Quality guarantee period:    3 years   Basket angle adjusting device       Able to elevate or lower the basket from -1to 5 conveniently. Able to adjust the shale shaker performance while it is working.   Single side screen tension system     One single people can change the screen within one minute. Screens can be replaced on any side of shale shakers according to the site requirements. Each screen is complete with two sets of single side tension system to make the screen simpler, more convenient and reliable. The space between two shale shakers can be reduced to the maximum, which save the operation space on tank body.  Weir type feeder box     Make the drilling fluids diffuse on the screen surface evenly.  The spare side pipeline makes the short circuits of the shale shaker more convenient.  Three feeding ways-top,side and back, more flexible choices.   Screen     Can be complete with KOSUN  5PH?5PDserial screens and DERRICK500 serial pyramid screens  The structure of the casing ply, support layer and the working bed makes the screen more durable. Use of KOSUN specialized designed blockage can further lengthen the life of screens. (For example, the quipped DERRICK500serial pyramid screens can increase 56% to 125%effective area, and increase the capacity to over 150%). The general description Kosun uses best materials and latest technics in the manufacture of SC-13 linear shale shaker, which is the first stage equipment of solid control system. It is endowed with high efficiency, convenient & simple operation & maintenance, function modularization, all of which makes the allocation more flexible. High efficiency It employs the super strong exciting force produced by imported vibrating motor and we also apply KOSUN screen and blockage, which strengthens the screen capacity dramatically and improves the degree of dryness of drilling solids. It decreases the number of equipment involved and drilling fluids cost together with discharging fees of drilling solids. Simple operation & maintenance The tension system of single side screens shortens the change time of screens considerably and reduces working intensity.  Besides,It can be installed on any side of the shale shakers according to operating space available. Compared with normal operating procedures of hydraulic cylinder, AWD basket angle adjusting device can adjust the basket from -1to 5conveniently while working as long as the handle is shaked to-and-fro, which is more reliable and more convenient for maintenance. The spare side pipeline system of weir type feeder box makes the short circuites of shale shakers more convenient. Different feeding ways provide more customer-oriented choices. Function modularization As the first stage solid contro
