we have designed and developed automatic spark plug resistance testing machine which is highly productive, automatic feeding, resistance testing four plugs at a time, length testing feature in the same machine. machine is having facility to test the torque of the spark plugs cap also. if at any station any part is ng at the rejection station, piece will go out automatically in the rejection bin. its display gives a unique look to the machine as it is in front of the operator and all parameter are visible on the screen.
as machine is checking resistance at high voltage ( 1000volts dc) it has been designed to take care of all safety norms.
