This model is a personal combustible gas detector/ indicator designed to detect presence of combustible (hydrocarbon) gas & indicate concentration at any time. it can be used intermittently or continuously and will sound an alarm at two preset levels, typically 20 % lel & 50%lel. visible led indication is also provided for alarm condition. 2. description the cg is a hand held gas detector/monitor and alarm small enough to carry in hand. it uses a sampling-type sensor, the sensor is mounted in diffusion type sensing operation and has a liquid crystal digital (lcd) display to show combustible gas concentration directly in % lel. the instrument features the following audible and visual alarms.
