M.b. masala

Our masala are ground on ltg ie. low temperature grinding machines. this grinding process is slow and very expensive but it retains the original taste and the nutrition value of the spiceas a rule we do not use red chilly in our blended spices, we prefer to use pepper for pungent taste. good taste really matters to us. there is no point in making our customers sweat, by over pungent chillyalthough new and relatively expensive, the world is slowly shifting to ltg for health reasons.
