Dear sir / madam please quote us for the following description as below. 1) one each dexion p-90 heavy duty adjustable pallet racking system and the specification as follows: 20 single units and 10 double back to back units,(the total is 40 units),each unit to be 1050 mm deep x 2700 mm wide (clear entry) x 7000 mm high, each unit having 5 beam levels. each pair of beam will be capable to take a max. uniformly distributed load of 2,400 kg. each perimeter upright will be fixed in the floor with 70 mm long fe bolt. leveling plates will be fitted where necessary. 2) one each dexion a-line long span adjustable shelving system and the specification as follows: 03 bays of 450 mm d x 2100 mm w x 4500 mm h 70 bays of 450 mm d x 1800 mm w x 4500 mm h 07 bays of 450 mm d x 1000 mm w x 4500 mm h 14 bays of 450 mm d x 1000 mm w x 2275 mm h ( the total is 94 units). side, back and middle of the bays will be open type, each bay fitted with 25 no of shelves, 12 shelves in lower tier and 12 shelves in upper tier (means 24 storage shelves and 01 top cover shelf), 2275 mm high bays are only on ground floor fitted with 12 no of shelves walkways made of galvanized steel grating is designed at 2350 mm level from ground ,two stair cases will be provided to access to upper floor hand rail made of steel tube will be fitted on all exposed ends and around the stair well ,each 1000 mm wide shelf will take a uniformly distributed load of 60 kg, each 1800/2100 mm shelf will take a uniformly distributed load of 100 kg. 3) installation at saudi aramco facility the following items: 1- dexion p-90 heavy duty adjustible pallet racking system. 2- dexion a-line long span adjustable shelving system. best regards, jamal al muhana developed resources trading p.o. box: 12667 dammam 31483 saudi arabia tel: (00966-3) 832 2546 fax: (00966-3) 832 2778 e-mail: drte@awalnet.net.sa
