We are pleased to introduce ourselves as aerzen machines india pvt. ltd.-the daughter company of aerzener machinenfabrik gmbh, germany, a 145 year old company, who are the world leaders in the manufacturing of blowers, compressors and gas meters & we make worlds largest pd blower and screw compressor. our indian production facility is located at gidc, savli dist. vadodara, in gujarat. aerzener products have already cut its niche in the indian market since last 40 years and have been widely acclaimed for the quality and performance. our list of indian customer list includes the indian industry majors viz. reliance group, essar group, bhel, jsw steel, ispat industries, nalco, haldia petrochemicals, south asian petrochem, gipcl, ipcl, india cements, ambuja cements, naftogaz, hocl, eil, ntpc, holcim cement, tata power etc. our range of products includes positive displacement blowers up to 84,000 m3/hr. capacity in single stage with maximum differential pressure of 1 bar. we are also manufacturing special tank vehicle blowers up to 1,600 m3/hr. capacity with a differential pressure of 1.2 bar. we have supplied the worlds largest positive displacement blower for process gas having capacity 65,000 m3/hr for pressure difference of 900 mbar in steel industry. we have got excellent range for screw compressors up to 60,000 m3/hr capacity and pressure up to 3.5 bar in single stage and 10.5 bar in two stages (dry / completely oil free compression up to 60,000 m3/hr. capacity and oil injected with integral capacity control up to 10,000 m3/hr. up to pressure of 13 bar. we have supplied worlds largest screw compressor for 36,500 m3/hr. for coke oven gas at a pressure difference of 3.5 bar. our process gas screw compressors ( oil free compressors ) for volumetric flow ranging from 550m3/hr up to 1,20,000 m3/hr are installed as a single or multiple stage units in many chemical, petrochemical, raw material and energy producing plants and in many other production centers of the processing industry all over the world. we can supply these process gas compressors as per the specifications laid down by the various industrial organizations and inspection authorities such as api or other national standards. we can supply these type of compressors for over pressure up to 40 bar in multi staging. rotary piston gas meters ( lobe type ) also fall in our range of products having flow range from 1 m3/hr. to 6500 m3/hr, pressure rating pn 10/16/25 suitable for all non corrosive gases with wide standard measuring range up to 1:50, 1:100 for several sizes.
